If you suddenly see a story in your head(while listining to music, reading etc. I know that I do)then write it down! Every little bit helps. That daydream may evolve into something fantastic.

You See It and Then You Write it.

Ideas float into my mind when I first open my eyes while lying in bed in the morning. They also occur when I'm showering. Sometimes the ideas come as pictures sometimes as words.

It's almost as if the right hemisphere of the brain is operating while the left hemisphere is still asleep.
