Put A Bit Of Yourself Into Your Writing

Have you ever found it hard to make a realistic character? You could never have a blank character: no one wants to read that. You need to make your character interesting and realistic. What are your hobbies? Your friends? Do you walk a certain way? Feel a certain way about things? Your character should be a bit of you, your friends and family, people you know/saw... Write a bit about your character. Ex: Favorite color, talents, traits, relationships... the better you know who your writing about, the more real they become.
