Hello, --Jane Austen In this issue: 1. Ready, Set, NaNoWriMo 2. Tickled my funnybone 3. Interesting Web site ========== 1. Ready, Set, NaNoWriMo Ready for a challenge? I'm taking a break from writing about points of view to make sure you know that NaNoWriMo is here again. Staring November 1 (tomorrow as I write this), writers all over the world will be sweating out novels of at least 50,000 words in thirty days. This writing dash, which is in contrast to the normal marathon of writing a novel, is officially sponsored by the nonprofit Office of Letters and Lights. You can sign up officially and get in on all the help and hilarity they offer on their site, or you can just quietly do this on your own. The point is to write like mad for one month. Whether you sign up or take a stab at this on your own, this is a great opportunity to up your writing output. See the Interesting Web site link below for more information, and get writing! =========== 2.Tickled my funnybone Caterpallor ( n.): The color you turn after finding half a worm in the fruit you're eating. =========== 3.
