Editor's Notes #64, Complete Your Writing Goals
December 31, 2008
Hello,

Not every end is a goal.
The end of a melody is not its goal:
but nonetheless, had the melody not reached its end
it would not have reached its goal either.

-- Friedrich Nietzsche

==========
1. Register Your Writing Goals
Make 2009 the year you meet significant writing goals.

Since 2005 writers have been registering their goals with the Writer's Helper Web site. For seven months, those writers receive encouragement to meet those goals along with some tips on becoming a better writer.
Whether you choose to have your goals published on the site or you simply want the reminders with no obligation to publish, I encourage you to fill in the form and get a head start on meeting your new writing goals.

2. Complete Your Writing Projects Course
I wish I'd designed this course myself, but since I didn't, the least I can do is point you to it. If you have a writing project that you want to complete in a timely fashion under the guidance of a highly respected writer who is also a marketing guru (Now try to beat that combination!) check out Complete Your Writing Projects Course.

I recommend very few products. This one gets my full endorsement.

4. Upcoming Topics: Using Word's Outline View
If you haven't yet taken advantage of this feature in Word, you are in for a treat. And if you have used it, you may just pick up a tip or two.
